To setup your emails on your computer or mobile device, first download and install the program or app that you wish to use. We recommend Mozilla Thunderbird for Windows or Macs.
Account Type: IMAP
Username: Your full email address
Password: Your email password
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk
IMAP Port: 993
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk
SMTP Port: 465
IMAP and SMTP require authentication.
Username and password are required for both incoming and outgoing server settings, even if it says its optional.
